Clifford Potter Memorial Cup
The AGM decided to fund a tournament in memory of Cliff who died earlier this year. There is a tribute on the Notts Chess Association site. The rules for this competition will be published on the website shortly. The first round pairings are given below
Club Championship 2010 Results
The 2010 Club Championship was held at the Summit Centre on September 12th. 10 members competed.
Pablo Padilla regained the title, scoring 5 out of 5, but his progression was by no means easy and he had particularly tough games with both Steve Burke and Neil Graham before he took the championship. Here are the full results:
